Wrinkle Point is a private Cape Cod community overlooking the intersection of the Bass River and Nantucket Sound. We have a couple of small private beaches and are a short walk to West Dennis Beach. Social
The Wrinkle Point Association is a voluntary organization that virtually all homeowners join. It provides planned and structured social activities, and all members are encouraged to host their own social events. We publish an annual Membership Directory so members can easily find and reach out to each other, and we even have a private Facebook Group to facilitate direct interactions between members. Common Areas
One of the many reasons why Wrinkle Point is such a popular community is that it looks so good—the pool area, beaches and marina are clean, the benches overlooking Bass River are always comfortable and available, and the common areas and road triangles are meticulously landscaped. Speed bumps are in place in the summer and larger common areas are proactively monitored by security cameras, making Wrinkle Point a safe and comfortable community—even during the busiest weeks of the summer!

Governance
The Wrinkle Point Association has a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by members, and documented policies and procedures that have been approved by the community and are available on this website. The Board includes a Treasurer responsible for budgeting, planning & financial controls, and a Secretary who documents Board activities for the member community. All policies & procedures are clearly documented.
Communications
Members are regularly updated on Wrinkle Point activities, events & news via graphical emails that present information for easy viewing on computers, tablets & mobile devices, and our Blog is a forum for members to share relevant insights and experiences. This new website is designed both as a resource for sharing information about Wrinkle Point to prospective members but primarily to inform existing members about the many activities and experiences that are available at Wrinkle Point!
