Wrinkle Point Association offers a voluntary Membership that allows homeowners to contribute to community services while maintaining maximum cost flexibility. There is an annual fee in January plus incremental fee options for use of the pool, marina & dinghy poles. Membership enables participation in all Wrinkle Point social events, and it includes an annual Membership Directory of all members and the ability to vote for representation on the Wrinkle Point Board of Directors. Other highlights include:
- Access to the Clubhouse, including the ability to rent it
- Regular email updates on activities, news & events
- Eligibility for a dock slip
- Ongoing maintenance of common areas
- Social activities
- Community programs
Members who own more than one property in Wrinkle Point are asked to pay Common Fees for each property. If you want to be a Member of the Wrinkle Point Association and take part in the variety of social events we sponsor, you must pay both the Membership Fee and the Common Area Maintenance fees. And if you would like access to the pool you must pay the Associate Membership and the Pool Membership fees. Invoices are distributed in early January, and to be eligible for a slip in the marina you must also be a member of the Association. Marina costs are billed separately and they are based on boat length. The following is Membership Pricing for 2023:
