Annual Meeting Summary
The Wrinkle Point Annual Meeting was held at the Clubhouse and over Zoom on August 21, and here’s a quick summary. After holding a moment of silence for Members who passed away in the last year, the following motions were agreed to unanimously:
- The 2020 Annual Minutes
- Clint Cave was re-elected as Treasurer for a new one-year term
- Laurie Swansey was re-elected as Secretary for a new one-year term
- Dave Watson was elected to a 3-year term as our new Marina Director
- Leslie Murray was elected as the new Social Director
- Dan Winkler was elected Vice President, with Neil Hickey now focusing on Membership
- A motion to form a committee to evaluate the need to form a capital fund for the marina was approved

Board Members reviewed highlights of 2021, and Dave Marr discussed the possibility of expanding the Marina. The meeting closed with Members thanking Julia Carey and Charlie Atchue for their years of service on the Board.
